Mount fairly simply after watching a few YouTube videos.

I love this bag, for the price.I can/have put one days clothes in bottom of bag (pants, shirt, socks, undies) and I can still fit helmet and zip bag closed. I wear a small helmet so maybe if u have a larger size u can't do this.
If the durability lasts more than one summer, it's well worth the price. I'd buy this bag new every spring as long as lasts till fall. So far so good. If it lasts 2 or 3 years even better.

These bags are literally unbeatable for the price. I would've bought them for double the price. Great friggin bags. Take your time lining them up and drilling the holes and they will look great.
