Vérifiez la sortie CA du stator.
Remplacez tous les connecteurs brûlés ou corrodés sur le stator et le régulateur/redresseur.
Vérifiez et réparez tout câblage fondu.
Utilisez de la graisse diélectrique haute température sur tous les connecteurs
Notre stator peut utiliser un code de couleur de fil différent de celui d'origine.
Tous les fils sont installés dans le bon ordre ; veuillez ne modifier aucune des configurations de câblage.
Ce stator est conçu comme un remplacement direct par plug-in et doit être utilisé comme tel.
Lors du boulonnage du stator, utilisez toujours un composé de verrouillage.
Si notre stator comprend une bobine de captage, assurez-vous toujours que l'entrefer est correct lors de l'installation.

My stator volts were in the low 12s. Replaced this and they are around 14-14.2 at idle. It fixed my battery charging issue

Part came in looking like the original and had plenty of wiring loom to make it from A to Z. I left the electrical box open so I could check for spark before putting it all back together, hit the start button and nothing, engine didnt even turn over so I started retracing my steps and found that the ground wires on the new stator had come out of their mounting eyelit because it was never crimped. No big deal, took a few minutes to fix and make a solid connection and then she turned over and I had spark. I will be taking it out on the water in the next 2 weeks to make sure all is running good.
Im not going to lie, I was skeptical about ordering this stator and flywheel but I ordered it Saturday morning and I received it Monday afternoon and parts were exactly what I needed and go my bike up and running and I'm super grateful. I was to excited to install them and I forgot to take a picture of the new stator and flywheel.
Everything was perfect!
Part worked great and it had good quality. Only problem we ran into was that the stator wire was about 2 inches short. Splicing some in to extend it worked but it was a bit annoying.
Kabel vom Stator war zu kurz und musste verlängert werden.
