GREAT REPLACEMENT for the price. cheaper then an O.E.M. replacement. Had no spark on my bike swapped this on and it fired right up
The repair shop replaced the regulator a few months ago but the one they put on never put out more than 13V. Then it shorted out and caught fire. I replaced it with this one and it's putting out over 14V and working fine. And it was a lot cheaper.

Puts out between 13.8 and 14.0 V depending on RPM. A tad low, but every other regulator I had was overcharging batteries, so this is perfect. Regulation is great too, voltage hardly changes based on input (which is exactly how it should work).
The part is what I needed. Now hope it lasts
Replaced new connector with old regulator connector by butt splice connector and heat shrink. Engine has ran 5 hours with new regulator and maintained 14 volts always. The price is a lot better than OEM price.
