installed and fit perfectly, and I was still able to use my factory clamps. The rubber seems nice.
Other reviews have stated that the O.D. is bigger than the OEM parts so the OEM clamps don't fit. This is what I am doing and it works very well. Before you put the clamps on the rubber get the screws started with just a couple of threads. Then work the clamps onto the rubber. Now use a little lubricant on just the I.D. of the rubber. You will never get them installed dry.
