Part arrived way faster than I was expecting and being the first carb replacement I've ever done; I'd say it went flawless. This carb fit exactly like it was taking off the old one and everything was solid with the carb.

I wasn't about to spend $600 on a Polaris OEM carburetor. Polaris' pricing for parts is ridiculous. So glad there are aftermarket parts available these days otherwise my Polaris Ranger would have been scrapped by now. One complaint I had about this carburetor is that I wasn't able to get the rubber manifold slipped over the throat of the carburetor. I was able to rectify the situation by taking a file and filing the outside diameter of the throat very slightly all the way around and also beveled the edge of the throat so that when I try to push on the rubber manifold it wouldn't hang up on the edge. With a little bit of lubricant and elbow grease persuasion, I was able to fit the manifold over the throat of the carburetor. The other issue although a easier fix, was the top cap. It has a tube that is capped with a rubber plug and although it's not being , the way the cap was installed that tube and plug face the back of the vehicle and interfered with the vent tubing so I remove the four screws rotated it 180° and that was an easy fix.

Came super quick, direct fit. Started first kick… needed a little tune but was deadly close

Bought this for my '99 Polaris Sportsman 500. Removal of the old carb and install of this new one was fairly simple and the ATV fired on the first attempt. I did have to spend a few minutes adjusting (minor adjustments) the throttle so it would idle just right. 5 out of 5, very nice, would recommend.

Has been working like its suppose to, great quality for the price, I'm actually very happy I found this on here instead of having to buy it from a polaris store. I've had it installed on the 4wheeler for about 6 months now and havent had any issues yet

It was easy to install and has ran perfectly from the start. It replaced a $200 dollar carburator and it idles better than the one I replaced. Would purchase it again.
