30in inseam and I'll take anything to get the seat a little closer to the ground. It's not so bad that I feel like I'm sliding, but low enough that I can feel the difference. Cheap and easy.

The change in height was as advertised. Not a lot, but enough to feel the difference. Very easy to install. Can be used to raise or lower the seat.
They appear to be good quality guess I'll find out over time.... cheers Rob
Put the new rubbers on my 1200gs they lower the front of the seat by about 10mm so I am flat footed brilliant
