Instructions:
To install, turn the eccentric nuts away from the mounting anchor so that there is a gap of about 4-5mm between the nuts and the anchor
Rotate the eccentric nuts under the anchor and place the anchor to cargo rack connect hole.
Tighten the two screws to secure the anchor in place. The wing nuts will spin out automatically and lock in place.
To remove the anchors, unscrew the mounting bolts 3-4 turns counterclockwise.
The eccentric nuts will rotate themselves under the anchor and you can pull the anchor out of the hole.

This anchor converts your factory quick connect hole into a threaded bolt hole making it easy to securely mount anything to your ride!
Unlike other anchors, when not in use, these anchors stay mounted flush meaning you can leave them in place and not have to worry about people or equipment getting gouged by them.
