How do I place an order?

Select the product you need, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. After completing payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Check your spam folder too, just in case.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Most listed prices already include applicable VAT or GST. Occasional minor import fees may apply depending on your country's customs rules, but this is rare.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment failures are most often caused by card limits, regional restrictions, or browser security settings. Try a different payment method first. If the issue continues, contact us for assistance.

Why do some orders require card verification?

Occasionally, an order may be flagged as elevated risk in our system. To protect your account and prevent unauthorized use, we may ask you to verify the last four digits of your card. This is a standard security step, nothing to worry about.

I completed payment but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check whether the email address you entered in your order is correct. If it’s incorrect, please contact us to update it.
Next, check your spam or junk folder to see if the order email was filtered there.
If you still can’t find anything, contact us with your name, email, and payment screenshot, and we’ll help locate your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

Orders can be modified or canceled before production begins or before the package ships. Since fairings and accessories have different lead times, contact us as soon as possible and we'll find the best solution.

USA Fairing Tracking - Why does my FedEx tracking show "Label Created" with no further updates?

This is completely normal. While your fairing is en route from our workshop to the US, FedEx tracking will show only the initial scan and then pause until the package arrives stateside. Once it clears US customs and enters the FedEx domestic network, tracking resumes with regular updates. Your package is on its way, you'll receive it within the timeframe in your confirmation email. If it goes beyond that window, contact us anytime. As shown in the example below, there may be a long gap between the first update and the next one, so there is no need to worry. You will receive your package within the timeframe mentioned in our confirmation email. If it goes beyond that timeframe, you can contact us anytime.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Amotopart ships to over 100 countries with free global shipping. Remote areas may require a small additional shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and destination. Detailed estimates are listed on each product page. Contact us if you have questions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number and carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the updates to appear. You can track it on the carrier’s official website for the most accurate information.

Our website also has a “Track Order” feature, but it may occasionally fail to show updates, so the carrier’s website is recommended. If you need any help, feel free to contact us anytime.

Can I request faster shipping?

Yes. If you need express delivery, let us know before your order ships and we'll arrange a faster courier for an additional fee.

Why is my tracking delayed or not updating?

Packages often pause in tracking during customs clearance, international transit, or between hub scans — this is normal. If there is no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us with your order number and tracking code and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Why was my order split into multiple packages?

Some orders ship in multiple packages to reduce delivery time or because items are stored in different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

My tracking shows "Delivered" but I have not received my package. What should I do?

Check your mailbox, front door, and with any neighbors. If it's still missing, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help resolve it.

What should I do if my package shows as lost?

Contact your local post office or the shipping carrier to open an investigation. Once loss is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Why did I receive a review request even though my package hasn’t arrived yet?

Our review request emails are sent by the system, and sometimes they may be triggered earlier than expected.
Please feel free to ignore the message for now and leave a review after you receive your package.
If your order is delayed, you can also contact us and we will be happy to help track the shipment for you.

How can I confirm a product fits my motorcycle?

Each product page shows compatible models and years. If an OEM part number exists, it’s also listed. If you are unsure, please provide your VIN or a clear photo of your original part for our team to verify compatibility.

Do you inspect products before shipping?

Yes. Every product goes through a quality inspection before it leaves our warehouse.

What should I do if my part does not fit?

Contact us with your order details, VIN, motorcycle brand, model and year, and clear photos or a short video showing the fitment issue. Our team will review and help arrange a return, exchange, or resolution.

 

What is included in a fairing kit?

Each kit includes all main fairing panels for your specific motorcycle model. Some pieces may not appear individually in product photos, but they are included in the complete set. A bolt kit, windscreen, and heat shield are also included at no extra charge. Contact us to confirm exactly what is in a specific kit.

What material are the fairings made from? Are they pre-drilled?

All fairings are made from high-quality ABS plastic: durable, flexible, and resistant to cracking. Suitable for both street riding and track use.

All fairings come pre-drilled to OEM specifications. Minor adjustments during installation may be needed if your motorcycle has slight model variations or has been previously modified.

Do your fairings or parts require any modification to install?

Most products are designed as direct OEM-spec replacements using your original mounting points. If a product requires any modification, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Do you offer free customization?

Yes. You can choose custom colors, logos, patterns, and other standard design adjustments at no extra charge. Complex designs requiring special craftsmanship or uncommon materials may incur a small additional fee, we'll always let you know upfront.

How do I submit my custom design?

After placing your order, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and design details. We'll confirm everything with you before production begins.

You can send:
• Reference photos of the style you want
• Simple sketches or mood boards
• Color names or RGB codes
• Logo files or images
• Font preferences

Can I see the finished fairing before it ships?

Yes. We'll send you photos of the completed fairing for your approval before it ships. Nothing leaves our workshop without your sign-off.

Can I change my design after confirming it?

We lock in your design before production starts. If you want changes after production begins, contact us immediately. If the design can still be adjusted, there is no extra charge. If the fairing is already complete and needs rework, a small rework fee may apply. Note that changes after confirmation may extend your production timeline.

Will customization extend my production time?

Simple customizations typically do not add time. More complex designs may require a few additional days. We will always notify you in advance if your design affects the timeline.

How do I start a warranty or damage claim?

Email us your order number along with clear photos or a video of the issue. We'll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective product) we cover the return shipping cost.
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, return shipping and any applicable restocking fees are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your fairing warranty policy?

If the issue is caused by us or a product defect, please contact us with photos or videos. Once confirmed, we will send replacement parts for free or offer a discount/partial refund.

If the damage is caused by the buyer (such as improper installation or an accident), it is not covered by the warranty. However, we can provide the damaged parts for purchase separately at a reasonable cost.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. If you haven't received your refund after that window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
