We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Three steps to return and refund:

  • Step 1: You can contact us at Sale@amotopart.com. We’ll get back to you within one working day.

  • Step 2: If the return is confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging. The order number must be on the shipping label, and then mail your return to Chino, CA 91710.

  • Step 3: Send the return shipment tracking number to Sale@amotopart.com.

Please Note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and the return shipment tracking number must be emailed to Sale@amotopart.com.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt, and the refund will be processed within 3 working days.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • The order ID number, which is also your RMA number, must be on the shipping label.

  • A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellations can only be made before the package ships. If the package is already in transit, the order cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or customized products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
