Decently easy to install, I'm sure it varies by bike.
Looks are subjective, but I’m very happy with the look of these mirrors.
I'll make my modification once I change the plastics soon. Overall they were worth the money.

Now these mirrors are very worth the money really beyond & doubles as wings when not being used
If you don't care for visibility and just want to have them for legal purposes, then these are cheap and do the job. I was able to drill holes into one of the mounts to mount my 360 camera also, and it works great!

As far as adjusting goes, its very straightforward and I like how they can be folded up and down at a moments notice.
These are not a set of cheap mirrors, very good looking set, heavy duty, and sleek. Delivered fast and the packaging was the best I’ve seen.
