-Verschweißen Sie die Drähte mit einem kleinen Lötkolben mit denen Ihres OEM-Kabelbaums.
-Isolieren Sie Ihre Lötstellen mit Schrumpfschlauch.
-Bevor Sie versuchen, Ihr Fahrzeug zu starten, muss bei bestimmten Modellen der Luftspalt eingestellt werden.
- Drehen Sie das Schwungrad von Hand, sodass der erhabene Knoten mit der Aufnehmer-/Pulsarspule ausgerichtet ist, und stellen Sie es so genau wie möglich ein, jedoch nicht weniger als 0,010 Zoll.
-Wenn kein Funke oder unregelmäßiger Funke vorhanden ist, tauschen Sie die Kabel am Stecker aus.

Alles passte bis auf das ,das Kabel des Reglers zu kurz war, habe es aber mit dem originalen einfach verlängert! Sonst Top für diesen Preis 👍
My stator volts were in the low 12s. Replaced this and they are around 14-14.2 at idle. It fixed my battery charging issue

Part came in looking like the original and had plenty of wiring loom to make it from A to Z. I left the electrical box open so I could check for spark before putting it all back together, hit the start button and nothing, engine didnt even turn over so I started retracing my steps and found that the ground wires on the new stator had come out of their mounting eyelit because it was never crimped. No big deal, took a few minutes to fix and make a solid connection and then she turned over and I had spark. I will be taking it out on the water in the next 2 weeks to make sure all is running good.
Im not going to lie, I was skeptical about ordering this stator and flywheel but I ordered it Saturday morning and I received it Monday afternoon and parts were exactly what I needed and go my bike up and running and I'm super grateful. I was to excited to install them and I forgot to take a picture of the new stator and flywheel.
Everything was perfect!
Part worked great and it had good quality. Only problem we ran into was that the stator wire was about 2 inches short. Splicing some in to extend it worked but it was a bit annoying.
